Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
Setup and configure surveillance cameras.
Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
Maintain technical documentation for hardware and software used by users.
Develop and perform backup strategy and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
Provide root case of analysis to common and repeated operational issues.
Build, install and configure workstations for head office and other sites and branches.
Coding, tracing and inventorying IT service HUB assets.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in technical support & system administration.
Ability to work from different locations (Head Office, Warehouses & Branches).
Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA Self-Study.
Good understanding of Windows Server and Firewall fundamentals.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication & follow up skills.
Problem solving skills, and creative thinking.
Provide technical support for Hardware and Software Issues.
Professional personality and positive attitude.
Very good command in English.
Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
