Job DescriptionJob Requirements

Job Description

  • Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all finishing-related works at the site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
  • provide technical advice to subcontractors, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time, in line with legal guidelines and within budget
  • Prepares and assigns resources such as manpower, materials, tools, etc., required for all construction-related works prior to execution.
  • Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
    Controlling a project from start to finish.
  • Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...).
  • Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
  • Coordinate with different Activity (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing /Civil….etc).
  • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
  • Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
  • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
  • Submits daily site reports, logging progress, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture engineering.
  • 5:8 years of experience related to all architecture & finishing work for the commercial projects in Malls is Must
  • Proven work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or a similar role
  • AutoCAD, Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent Excel.
  • Hands-on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works.
  • Strong Finishing background with eye to details.
  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
  • Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
  • Good interpersonal skills & a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Owns a car.
