Job Description

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy (branding, campaigns, customer persona definition).
  • Identify and analyze the target audience to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and coordinate with external agencies to develop and execute creative campaigns.
  • Track and measure ROI for all marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact on sales and brand awareness.
  • Drive strategies to increase sales and revenues through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies while expanding the new customer base.
  • Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and expenses.
  • Oversee and coordinate photoshoots for products and campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s E-Commerce platform, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Perform data analysis on branches, products, customer profiles, and locations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and introduction of new product lines.
  • Develop initiatives to increase market share and strengthen the brand’s position.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree or specialization in Marketing is highly preferred).
  • Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within retail, fashion, or homewear industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for managing agencies and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
