Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and expenses.
Oversee and coordinate photoshoots for products and campaigns.
Manage the company’s E-Commerce platform, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
Perform data analysis on branches, products, customer profiles, and locations to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to pricing strategies and introduction of new product lines.
Develop initiatives to increase market share and strengthen the brand’s position.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree or specialization in Marketing is highly preferred).
Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within retail, fashion, or homewear industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer analytics.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for managing agencies and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization.

Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
