Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through offline & online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
Offers candidates and negotiate packages.
Files and maintains employment records for all new hires.
Design & conduct the onboarding process including completing necessary paperwork, setting up workstations and access to systems, meeting with key team members, giving an overview of the company policies and procedures, and beginning initial training sessions.
Design job descriptions and competency framework including the interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Participate in developing the ATS to be more efficient.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Generate reports to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Send monthly reports to the HR head with insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Handle any other required tasks/projects related to talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Previous experience in using ERP system is a plus (preferably Odoo)
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or industry is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently.
