Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for diverse roles, spanning high-volume retail, specialized back-office positions (warehouse, head office), white-collar, and blue-collar roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of all staffing requirements.
Optimize Employer Branding & Hiring Platforms: Drive initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand by optimizing content, engagement strategies, and overall presence across various hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, career website, social media) to attract top talent.
Implement Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI): Develop, implement, and provide training on Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) procedures for the TA team and hiring managers, ensuring consistent and effective assessment of candidates' skills, behaviors, and cultural fit.
Oversee Advanced Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline: Lead the team in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage both passive and active candidates across diverse channels, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a consistent and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints, from initial contact and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding, maintaining regular communication and timely updates.
Manage Onboarding Process: Design and conduct a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including necessary paperwork, system setup, team introductions, and initial training to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Drive Data-Driven Recruitment: Establish, monitor, and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) for all recruitment efforts, generating reports with insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Develop Job Descriptions & Competency Frameworks: Design comprehensive job descriptions and competency frameworks, including relevant interview questions, that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
Enhance ATS Efficiency & Compliance: Actively participate in the development and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve efficiency, while ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant hiring laws and regulations.
Foster Relationships & Stay Current: Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment efforts.
Drive Employer Branding & Optimize Digital Footprint: Proactively enhance the company's employer brand and digital recruitment presence by developing engaging content, optimizing all hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, indeed, career site, social media), and executing targeted campaigns to attract and engage top-tier talent in the local market and beyond.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferably in Retail industry.
Proven experience in mass hiring (White & Blue Collars).
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in the Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing sector (preferably).
